Jigsaw Weaponry Manufacturing

     Jigsaw Weaponry produces precision engineered, high quality weapons, using the finest components and materials on the market. Here at Jigsaw Weaponry we made a business decision to limit ourselves to only five models of our rifles. This fostered our craftsmanship culture and allowed us to focus on making the finest rifles possible. Each platform starts as a solid block of billet aluminum alloy before being machined by one of our state-of-the-art CNC machines. Next it must pass a rigorous quality assurance inspection where we check everything from clearances and tolerances to machine finish. Once it passes our post machine inspection process, we then let our painters work their magic, using the finest ceramics and coatings available.

     Once the rifle is through those processes, it is sent to our in-house gunsmiths for final fitment and assembly. Once in the hands of our gunsmiths they walk the weapon through each stage of assembly from start to finish, using our custom build sheet. The last step, for our Reaper and Hoodoo models is where the gunsmith stamps their initials into the receiver, demonstrating pride in the build and accountability for their craftsmanship. Along with each Reaper or Hoodoo, Jigsaw Weaponry includes the step-by-step build sheet for the rifle, initialed by the builder along with the test fired cases. Package rifles include the 200 yard group and data collection sheet, initialed by the shooter.  Once it passes through the hands of all these craftsmen, then it can wear the Jigsaw logo and is ready for the new owner.
